my room had a good bed and minimal noise. the exhaust fan in the bathroom was like a white noise machine. the lighting switches are cool with little back-lit buttons.

convenient location friendly staff decent-sized bathroom confusing lights incorrect hours missed housekeeping

the hotel's location was super convenient. i loved that it was easy to access the subway. the staff were super friendly too especially jay and jeannette. the bathroom had a very decent size that i really liked!

the room lights were quite confusing to figure out and read. i accidentally turned on the privacy light because of that. i missed housekeeping because of this mistake, and that was annoying. food services advertised hours were incorrect too i didn't get information about certain benefits when i checked in.
